Resilient agility under the practice-based view

Researchers must understand how agile and resilient practices work together as ‘resilient agility’ in impacting performance seek empirical support. In this research, a conceptual model of is proposed using three constructs operational practices—‘agile-only’, ‘resilient-only’, ‘shared’ –and four performance: ‘cost’, ‘delivery’, ‘flexibility’, ‘time to recovery’. The practice bundles are then linked appropriate objectives the literature practice-based view. Finally, was tested data from survey Tier-1 suppliers auto manufacturers Iran. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) used for measurement structural equation modelling (SEM) link agility resilience performance.
